Cancellation Policy:

• 48 Hours notice of cancellation, prior to arrival. A fee equal to total price of booking will be charged for late cancellations.
• Cancellations made in excess of 48 hours will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy for Holiday House:

• 7 days notice of cancellation, prior to arrival. A fee equal to total price of booking will be charged for late cancellations.
• Cancellations made in excess of 7 days will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
• Tin Can Bay’s Sleepy Lagoon Motel cannot accept responsibility for inclement weather, change in travel plans, personal sickness or injury etc.

LOCATION
Traveling by car: Tin Can Bay is situated 210km north of Brisbane. Head for the outskirts of Gympie along the Bruce HWY.

Turn right at the sign that reads Tin Can Bay, Rainbow Beach, Fraser Island. Follow the Tin Can Bay signs out of town, you are then on Tin Can Bay Road which will take you all the way to Tin Can Bay.

Once in Tin Can Bay turn off to the left at the IGA onto Groper Street. Continue for about 500 metres and look out for the tall flag on the left hand side which is next to our reception-2 Groper Street.
